flaky and time variable is an interesting way to call a *free*
infrastructure that gives access to so many architectures. I'd believe
its the only option in the world where you could actually get that (not
mentioning the amount of other non-offical architectures you haven't
even seen).

Yes, using the chroots is tricky, but at the same time this allows each
developter to make reproducible builds in all supported debian releases
and testing/unstable/experimental, without interfering with other
people's work.
