✘gpscsv, gpsplot and gpssubframe

Yo All!

gpscsv, gpsplot and gpssubframe are now in clients/ and have man pages.

Most interesting to casual users will be gpsplot.  If you have the
Matplotlib python module, and it large number of dependencies, then
you can get real time scatterplots and stripcharts.
