It seemed a bit strange to me too.  Fedora, Raspberry Pi, 32 and 64 bit.

On the other hand, those systems have been running for a while and this is the 
first time I've noticed that there wasn't any tar.  I think I set them up in 
May.  They aren't used for much more than testing ntpsec and gpsd.

I mostly use rsync to get bits to them.
