QUirk handled in git head.
Also patched for some other nonstandard behavior. Their doc details
other nonstandard GAGSV and GNGGA, behavior not patched.
I expect there to be other problems with their firmware.
Sloppy work on their part.
Please test, and file a bug with Jackson Labs. Their doc shows
they do not understand how NMEA wants this done.
