Uh, this is a new one:

gpsd:ERROR: NTP:SHM: shmat failed,  unit 10: Too many open files(24)

Did you reboot before running this?  What are your system SHM settings?

Does macOS document any POSIX incompatibilities in shmat(), shmdt(),
shmctl(), etc?
