Yo All!

A recent patch to gpsd broken the SHM export.  It seems that IPC_RMID
does not work per the man page.  The expected behavior was Linux
only, so not useful anyway.  The IPC_RMID is now removed.

So, we are back again to the SHM 0x47505344 persisting even agter
gpsd exits.  Not a real problem, unless the size of gps_data_t changes.

I added an atexit() to remove the SHM on exit, but that does not seem
to be working at all...
