Install gpsd on Rasp Pi

Good Morning,

I am trying to install gpsd on a Rasp Pi 4. I tried downloading and
making 3.25 which appeared to install OK. But after a reboot did not
automatically start the daemon.

I then tried sudo apt-get install gpsd which also appeared to complete
OK, but did not start either. It did have a message : "gpsd.service is
a disabled or static unit. disabling it".

My GPS is present on /dev/ttyUSB1 and is on a Quectel EC25 cellular
modem hat. Terrible GPS - but thats what I have at the moment.

I have confirmed output from this dev.
