* configure.in: Added GROFF_LIBM.

* configure: Recreated.

* aclocal.m4 (GROFF_LIBM): New function which tests whether -lm is
necessary.

* Makefile.in: Added definition of $(LIBM).

* Makefile.comm (LIBM): Removed.

* pfbtops/Makefile.sub: On AIX, -lm is needed also.
