* doc/groff.texinfo: Introducing macros `Deffn' and `Defmac' to
typeset the request resp. escape name with a tt font -- due to a
bug in texinfo.tex it is necessary to use the `-e' switch with
texi2dvi.
Improving info about usage of groff units.
Other minor fixes.
