* device.c (open_device_file): Remove `path' parameter.
(find_file): Construct font path similar to groff: First the contents
of GROFF_FONT_PATH, then the home directory, and finally the default
font path.
* Imakefile.in: Fix GROFF_DATAPROGRAMDIR and GROFF_FONTPATH.
