Avoid endless loops while scanning for tables.

* src/devices/grohtml/post-html.cc (list::insert): Set
ptr->right->left.
(html_printer::next_horiz_pos): Add `text_glob' argument; update
all callers.
Return immediately if that argument is NULL.
(html_printer::calc_nf): Don't test if `g' is NULL.
(html_printer::lookahead_for_tables): Use
`glyphs.move_right_get_data'.
Don't test if `g' is NULL.
