    groff_char.7.man: Restore missing `***' markers.
    
    Problem reported by Dave Kemper <address@hidden>.
    
    The thread that resulted in the detection that Bernd lost some precious
    manual information started off because of some missing `***' markers [1].
    Even though the corresponding text variants follow in the manual directly
    after the non-text one, honour [2] and add the markers, since that is what
    they are for.
