    man pages: Fix uses of `backticks` as literals.
    
    Use character escapes so the backticks look like backticks and not like
    left single quotation marks.
    
    man/groff_char.7.man:
    * Also convert some nearby uses of ' and - to character escapes when
      their ASCII literals were intended.
    
    man/groff_diff.7.man:
    * Also convert some nearby uses of ' and ^ to character escapes when
      their ASCII literals were intended.
