    me: Make minor clarifications.
    
        * doc/meintro.me: Comment out a probably long-outdated paragraph
        cautioning users against changing point size on phototypesetters
        and laser printers.
    
        * doc/meintro_fr.me: Same.
    
        * doc/meref.me: Clarify that .$H is called at the top of a new
        column on a page, not just at page tops.
