    contrib/pdfmark/pdfmark.ms: Drop FDL Invariants.
    
        * contrib/pdfmark/pdfmark.ms: Make FDL license notices parallel
        in language to other copies in the tree, and remove invalid
        attempts to claim Invariant Sections.  Invariant Sections have
        to be Secondary Sections of the document.  "If a section does
        not fit the above definition of Secondary then it is not allowed
        to be designated as Invariant." (FDL 1.3, §1)
    
        Fortunately, this attempt at Invariant Section usage is an
        effort to prevent effacement of the copyright and license
        notices.  Apart from such material already being protected under
        international copyright law, the FDL guards this information,
        which is not a "Secondary Section", from removal.
    
        "You may copy and distribute the Document in any medium, either
        commercially or noncommercially, provided that this License, the
        copyright notices, and the license notice saying this License
        applies to the Document are reproduced in all copies, and that
        you add no other conditions whatsoever to those of this
        License." (FDL 1.3, §2)
    
        "You may copy and distribute a Modified Version of the Document
        under the conditions of section[] 2 [...] above" (FDL 1.3, §4)
    
        This application of FDL Invariant Sections is invalid, but also
        redundant and unnecessary.
