    nroff.1.man: Make editorial fixes.
    
    * Emphasize "not" with respect to whitespace in option processing; the
      nroff implementation is a shell script that does not use GNU getopt,
      thus its argument parsing is unusual compared to the other commands
      provided by groff.
    
    * Describe the tabs produced by the "-h" option as "hard", since that
      is a possible mnenmonic for the flag.
    
    * Refer to the "old" output scheme as "legacy" (a parallel change to
      grotty(1) is forthcoming).
    
    * Indicate the context of the unexplained "SGR" jargon--ISO 6429.
    
    * Recast some wording so it is no longer confusing when the system troff
      is GNU troff and thus the @g@ prefix is is not part of the
      command name.
