in repository groff.

commit 8aba962851cfad9394acb14124ad4f11579e1a78
Author: G. Branden Robinson <g.branden.robinson@gmail.com>
AuthorDate: Thu Aug 27 20:20:14 2020 +1000

    groff_char(7): Give each code chart a subsection.

    It's better to use a real subsection macro than the ersatz method that
    was in evidence.

    Retitle section from "Reference" to "Glyph Tables".

    Add a name to the first subsection, "Supplementary Latin letters".

    Retitle some subsections.
    * "Ligatures and Other Latin Glyphs" -> "Ligatures"
    * "Quotes" -> "Quotation marks"
    * "Lines" -> "Rules and lines"
    * "Card symbols" -> "Playing card symbols"
