commit 1ca2c8c998378c49d304421430a4096427bf49e5
Author: G. Branden Robinson <g.branden.robinson@gmail.com>

doc/groff.texi: Fix references to X Window System.

"X Windows" is incorrect usage. So are "X-Windows" and the
grammatically degenerate "X Window". (If "X" is the genitive of a
    "window", then "window" is lowercase.)

Say "X Window System" or simply "X11".

Add concept index entries for X11 and DVI.
