    doc/groff.texi (Adjustment): Clarify.
    
    Fix misleading implication.  Inter-sentence space is always added to a
    line in fill mode when it is broken (if any sites exist at which to do
    so).  Adjustment is (generally) done only for _automatic_ breaks.
