    groff_ms(7): Fix style problems.
    
    * Don't use the CW font.  It provokes warnings on non-DVI output
      drivers, and man pages shouldn't attempt to change the font family
      anyway.
    * Say simply "string" instead of "string variable".
    * Perform the Dave Kemper notectomy.
    * Set string and request names in bold.
    * Put two empty requests where vertical space is expected.
