    groff(1): Fix style nits.
    
    * Coalesce sentence fragments into adjacent sentences.
    * Quote name of gxditview(1) action in case it is rendered without bold.
    * Refer to keywords/commands in device description files as
      "directives"; "keyword" is too oriented to the parser writer or
      programmer's perspective; and "commands" are elsewhere in this page
      things that get run at a Unix prompt.  (Maybe "declarator" would be
      even better, but it feels a bit like standardese.)
    * Set man page topic in cross reference in italics, not bold.
