    troff(1): Fix style and content nits.
    
    * (Options) <-C>: Clarify what compatibility mode is compatible with.
      Set option literal in bold.
    * <-E>: Perform a Kemper notectomy.  Recast for clarity and emphasis.
    * <-T>: Say "-T dev" instead of "-T name"; continues commit bf2ca445, 19
      July.  Add comma before appositive.  Drop uselessly vague motivation
      for a cross reference.
    * (Files): Perform a Kemper notectomy.  Slightly recast.  Break input
      line at multi-word parentheticals.
