groff_tmac(5): Fix style nits.
* man/groff_tmac.5.man (Macro packages/Auxiliary packages) <papersize>:
- Remove extraneous language.
- Add space to usage example.
- Say "output device" instead of "output driver"; the distinction is
solidly on point here, since a given output driver executable can
implement multiple output devices (as grotty and grohtml do), which
can in turn have distinct `papersize` declarations in their DESCs.
