    NEWS: Fix items.
    
    * nroff executes groff, not troff.
    * Stop referring to man page titles and section headings as "strings";
      that's an implementation detail.  As far as the user is concerned,
      they are macro arguments (the latter can alternatively be text lines
      in input traps).
