    doc/groff.texi: Update ms {F,}[PV]S registers.
    
    * doc/groff.texi (ms Document Control Settings) <PS, VS, FPS, FVS>:
      Document 1000-based rescaling as a GNU extension.  Tweak example to be
      more familiar, as 10.5 points is a common choice of type size in word
      processors.
