    groff_me(7): Improve table formatting.
    
    * Revamp header to typeset better; set column heads in bold and make the
      heads that don't need two lines span down (& thus vertically center).
    * Set macro names in bold, since they're literals.  Protect option
      brackets so that they remain roman.
