    groff_char(7): "output driver" -> "output device"
    
    ...since that's what we end up inlining into the document.  Further,
    glyph availability is dependent on font description files, so it varies
    by device, not by output driver per se (significant because there is a
    one-to-many relationship between driver and device).
    
    Also set device names in bold for consistency with our other man pages.
