    groff_man*(7): Revise extension macro discussion.
    
    ...to stop implying that all of the extension macros are defined
    exclusively in an-ext.tmac.  `MR` has parallel implementations, `EX`
    and `EE` are about to, and I have similar plans for `UR`/`UE` and
    `MT`/`ME`.
