doc/meref.me.in: Fix content nits.
* Establish on the first page the package's convention of suppressing
vertical spacing before any text at the top of a page.
* Drop references to displays, long quotations, and tables being
single-spaced. They are not distinct from any other text me(7)
renders (with the default configuration) in this respect.
