    tmac/a4.tmac: Delete.
    
    * tmac/a4.tmac: Drop file from distribution.  It has been superseded by
      papersize.tmac for nearly 20 years.
    
    * tmac/tmac.am (TMACNORMALFILES): Delete reference.
    
    * NEWS: Add item.
