    doc/groff.texi: Fix style nits in ms discussion.
    
    * Node names need to be unique but {,sub,subsub}section titles don't.
      Simplify the latter.
    * Set subsection headings in title case, and subsubsection headings in
      sentence case, for consistency with the rest of the document.
