    groff_ms(7): Fix content and markup nits.
    
    Document that the paragraph distance `\n[PD]` is _not_ applied adjacent
    to display boundaries (\n[DD] overrides it.)
    
    Also adjust dead-tree pagination--another poor man's keep.  I'll make a
    case for KS and KE in man(7) yet.
