    groff_mdoc(7): Change display style for examples.
    
    * Stop placing paragraph breaks before one-line examples, to make it
      easier to tell when a subsequent paragraph break begins a new topic.
    * Add paragraph break when introducing `C` register.
    * Talk about "terminal" instead of "TTY" devices.
