    roff(7): Fix style and markup nits.
    
    * Tighten wording.
    * Supply common abbreviation for Documenter's Workbench; we're about to
      need it.
    * Vary wording.
    * Use `UE` to supply trailing punctuation after a link instead of
      hyperlinking it.
