in repository groff.

commit 746a388c464b99d10d0ea6f0ba8e10e9a042d7ea
Author: G. Branden Robinson <g.branden.robinson@gmail.com>

    groff_char(7): Clarify.

A font's kerning configuration has a major influence on how tightly
    single quotation marks are spaced.

Say "GNU troff" when referring to our formatter's behavior as opposed to
    that of *roffs in general.

    Favor active voice over passive.

    Tighten wording.
