[Groff] Announcing new groff maintainers

GNU troff has two new maintainers:

  Ted HARDING <address@hidden>
  Werner LEMBERG <address@hidden>

We want to say thank you to James Clark <address@hidden>, the original
author of groff, for his marvellous program.  Apparently, he has no
time to maintain it further so we are trying to fill this gap.

Please note that currently only bugs will be fixed; enhancing the
groff package will be delayed to the future due to lack of time.

As a first step, we have created a CVS repository which can be
accessed anonymously:

  export CVSROOT=:pserver:address@hidden:/var/cvs
  cvs login
  cvs -z5 co groff

Alternatively, you can download a daily snapshot resp. a diff file to
the last official release from the directory

  ftp://ftp.ffii.org/pub/groff/devel

FFII (Association for the Promotion of a Free Informational
Infrastructure) has kindly provided the CVS host which is located in
Munich, Germany.

Please discuss groff related issues on the address@hidden mailing list
as announced in another message.
