I don't have Sun's C++ compiler for SunOS 4.1.3 (was there one?)
I'm trying a build now using Sun's C++ compiler under SunOS 5.5.1
(CC: WorkShop Compilers 4.2 30 Oct 1996 C++ 4.2).  I'll let you know
how it goes.
