I'm sure I'll get hate mail for this, but when I had to do that, I ran
the paper through the printer twice. Not recommended on a laser printer,
and tough on a shared printer, but works fine on a personal ink-jet. I
look forward to hearing of a more sophisticated solution, but this was,
umm, just too obvious.
