[Groff] new request `unformat'

Folks,


after actually using the `asciify' request I found some problems with
it (it dropped all font information).  As a consequence, I've
implemented the `unformat' request which will only convert horizontal
space back to input characters (note that leader and field conversion
is not working yet).

To see how it works please have a look at tmac/tmac.doc.new in the
current snapshot which I've completely changed to use boxes and
unformatting.
