[Groff] small feature request in groff ms macros

The version of ms I use has a macro FL for setting footnote length,
defined as follows:

        .de FL
        .ev 1
        .nr FL \\$1n
        .ll \\$1
        .ev
        ..

Might this be a useful addition to groff ms?
