AIX 3.2.5's tbl also has upper and lower-case versions. Here's part of
the output from strings.

Note, it doesn't have tab/TAB unlike Plan 9's source in which it is
placed after DOUBLEFRAME.

groff's tbl accepts these options in a case-insensitive manner, unlike
Bell Labs which wants all upper or all lower case. I guess it is this
which needs documenting?
