Not yet. I plan to use ISO 6429 Set Graphics Rendition (SGR) commands
for that. This would also improve underlining and emboldening, mainly
in avoiding ambiguities in interpreting `_'.
Paco, can you add color support to the LBP driver? Similarly I need a
guy who can add colors to the lj4 driver -- I will handle dvi by
myself.
