There is already an excellent package for displaying equations on
TTYs. It is called `eqnascii', written by Przemek Borys
<address@hidden>. Unfortunately, I don't have time to integrate
this stuff into eqn. And I must admit that my knowledge of the
internal details of eqn is very limited. Any volunteers?
