For example,
.pl 21c
.ll 29.7c-2i
assuming a one inch margin each side, A4 being 210mm x 297mm portrait.
Werner, there's tmac.a4 which does portrait. If that's worth having
then would it be a good idea to add a4p and a4l, along with a3, and a5
varieties, A3 printers being commonplace now.
