[Groff] a flaw in the README file

The README file in the top source directory states:

This isn't quite true.  It should be changed into:

GNU groff was written by James Clark <address@hidden>.  It is now
maintained by Werner Lemberg <address@hidden>.  User questions may be
sent to Ted Harding <address@hidden> or to the mailing
list <address@hidden>.
<<<<<

Is Ted's address right?  I never got an answer when mailing directly to
this address, whereas my mails in the mailing list were answered.
