Yes, apparently it's because my netscape hasn't been tweaked to enable
encyption using a higer number of bits than what it ships with by
default.

Thanks. Now all that's missing is the Kernighan and Van Wyk paper that
appeared in Usenix. It isn't one they make freely available AFAICS.
