The Swedish manual is still available online, from the time Jörgen still
was a sysadmin something at the engineering faculty here at Lund
university. I wasn't able to find it in Google, though. (I doubt that they
index gzipped postscript). I just happen to know where it lives.

The thing is 46 pages long, soon 10 years old, but presumably the most
detailed account on the mm macro package, which isn't encumbered by
licensing problems, and the most detailed on the mm. It also covers tbl
and eqn. I used it a log for tbl, before I found Lesk's paper.
