[Groff] gxditview installation

1) As far as I can see, gxditview isn't installed by default.  But the
groffer viewer relies on gxditview.  So it should really be installed
by default.

2) gxditview is installed into /usr/X11R6/bin.  According to the FHS
(Filesystem Hierarchy Standard), this is erroneous.  It should go
to the same bin directory as groff, usually /usr/local/bin.  Otherwise,
a self-compiled gxditview will override the one provided with the
distribution.

3) So far, gxditview installation is based on imake; but autoconfigure
is reported to be better.  Would it be hard to convert the `Imakefile'
into a `Makefile.in' and run autoconfigure?
