Dissemination and Design, so you may want to start at:

for the online archive. The original paper on indexing by Bentley and
Kernighan is there, as well as jewels such as Herman Zapf's paper on the hz
hyphenation algorithm and Bigelow and Holmes paper on the first TrueType
fonts ever (the ones included with MacOS 7.0).
