[Groff] groffer 0.6 released

I just sent groffer 0.6 to Werner.  This version has many new features
added.  

- The roff relevant parts of the functionality of GNU `man' have been
  implemented; all `man' environment variables and long `man' options
  were added.  Full search capability for man pages.

- Full compatibility with groff and support for all features around
  groff was targeted.

- Better compatibility with POSIX shell niceties was established.

- Support for strange arguments (white-space) in arguments was improved.

- Usage was simplified by better options.

etc.

I hope that groffer will make roff usable also for the totally dumb.
